Jump squats 15 Reps x 3 sets
Alternate lunge 15 ea. Leg x 3 sets
Wall squat hold for 30 seconds or more
Burpee’s with jump 10×3 sets
Russian twists 15 E. side x 3 sets
Plank hold for 30 seconds or more
